In this episode, Mike is joined by Jah Washington, winner of Men’s Health Next Top Trainer. Jah shares his story of how he found purpose through fitness and has been able to pay it forward to his community. The two discuss the importance of inclusivity in the space and the fact that fitness is for every BODY, regardless of race, sex, or body size. Jah owns and operates the first black-owned boutique gym in Harlem and has created a thriving community.
