In this episode of the Coaches Compass, Mike explains the difference in creating content for individuals who don't value what you do vs speaking to those who already see the value in what you do. With the latter, you simply want to align them with your methodology, show them how it's different, and give them a high degree of certainty in your process. There is very little convincing needed. Speaking to the audience who doesn't value what you do is exhausting and often leads to burn out. This episode will highlight the difference.
