XenHouse is a training facility in Stamford, CT that offers private, semi-private, group training, and team training. They train everyone from NFL players to aspiring D1 athletes to stay-at-home moms looking to feel great in their skin. You bring the effort and the will to win, and they do the rest.
Defined
Defined is a facility in Chicago that combines counseling, therapy, and aesthetic treatments so you can feel good and look good. They believe you should feel good inside and out so the team is stacked with medical doctors, counselors, and estheticians. POP is their preferred partner for nutritional coaching — helping their team treat everyone who walks through their door as a whole person.
Conor Kelly
Conor Kelly is a master SoulCycle instructor. After falling into a rut in life and dealing with substance abuse issues, Conor found his calling in fitness. He uses the idea of “being better today than yesterday” as motivator to being great. Through fitness Conor pushes clients to have fun and work towards their goals while pushing beyond what they think is possible. And when his clients need help refining how they eat to increase performance, lose excess body fat, or get stronger, he sends them to POP, his preferred nutritional partner (and personal coach!)
