Hey! I’m Mike Millner, author of the Social Macro Tracker and creator of the Personality Diet and Neurotype Training.

I have been in the industry for almost a decade and after my own personal struggles with dieting, I’ve been on a mission to change the way nutrition is approached. You see, I went from 250 lbs to 160 through lots of failed efforts, diet hopping, extreme restriction, and ultimately ended up with disordered eating behaviors and body dysmorphia. ??‍♂️

After many years of rebounding and working through various mindset hurdles, I finally began to unlock the keys to success. I found my own path through years of education, experimentation, and emphasizing my own personality traits. 

That is when the Personality Diet and Neurotype Training were born. ??

You see, we are all unique individuals. What works for one person will not work for someone else. Understanding our own individual variables – personality, lifestyle, preferences, mindset, values, physiology, experiences, and goals will be paramount in creating LASTING and SUSTAINABLE results.
