My name is Karina, and Ed and I have been working together for almost two years now!

I was skeptical at first, but after about two weeks, I finally started to trust Ed and follow what he set up for me.

I was in a pretty difficult place when I met Ed. I was at a crossroads in my life and was desperately trying to make several changes to improve my health.

I had just quit a demanding career that negatively affected my physical and mental well-being for ten years, and with one year of unemployment, I decided to focus solely on myself so I could live a better and more fulfilling life.

Once I made that change to focus on myself, the weight started to come off and by spring 2019, I had lost over 100 pounds.

Looking back, I seriously cannot believe I was able to lose that much, and really, sticking to the plan Ed outlined for me and communicating with him was enough to keep me on track.

As I lost weight, I noticed how my mental health improved as well. I also noticed how much better I was able to move, and started to become more serious about Oly lifting, which has been my favorite hobby since 2016.

Ed left his previous company and I immediately noticed a change in how I was coached and what I was told to do.

I felt like my new coach didn’t listen and was very blaming in her approach to working with me, and I wasn’t about that life.

After several frustrating months and a failed fat loss attempt, I contacted Ed who told me he was absolutely pumped to work with me again.

The weight has been slow to come down in numbers, but the inches have melted off my body since Ed and I are back together!

I have had some pretty significant gains in the gym, and can regularly throw up my Olympic lifts in the 85-95% again, all while looking more trimmed and toned. I can see the outlines of muscles on my legs and arms.

Ed is such a positive influence in my life, and I would not have been able to do this without him. He has helped my mindset & approach to fat loss. –
I appreciate his kind, compassionate, non-judgemental approach to our goals.

He believes in me when I stop believing in myself.

I am so thankful we get to continue working together!”
