Want to know exactly how to lose 20 lbs. in 6 weeks and gain back 40 lbs. over the next year?!
I know what you’re thinking …
Mike, that sounds incredible … but how can I pull off such a magnificent feat?
Well, I’m going to tell you exactly how it’s done.
Leaving no stone unturned.
The first step is key.
Losing 20 lbs. in 6 weeks starts with …
You have to make a lot of excuses right now about the time of year, the holidays, your schedule, the weather, and throw in some additional excuses as well just for fun …
Like … my dog pooped on the carpet or something like that.
Get really frustrated and stop caring about what you eat or even moving your body at all for the next month.
That’ll give you a solid 4 weeks indulging and doing nothing and feeling like crap.
Which sets us up perfectly for the next phase.
You need to be REALLY motivated for this to work.
So, the deeper you can dig your hole right now, the more effective this next phase will be.
As a side note … you should depend on motivation for everything in life.
Don’t do a single thing unless you’re motivated.
Not motivated to parent? Tell your kids to fuck off.
Not motivated to brush your teeth? Bring that hot breath into work.
Not motivated to get out of bed? Skip work altogether.
This is key.
So, now that we’ve conjured up a big ole pile of motivation …
You can make some epic changes.
The important part of losing 20 lbs. in 6 weeks and gaining 40 back over the next year is that you have to bite off more than you can chew.
As January hits … you can’t just take one step forward.
That’s not extreme enough.
You have to change everything all at once.
To lose weight quickly, you must …
– Eat 1200 calories per day.
– Do cardio 1-2x per day.
– Strength train at least 6 days per week and make sure it’s something really high intensity where you sweat a lot because the amount of sweat is the most important metric for a quality workout.
– Don’t eat any sugar … about 1g per day is ok.
– Don’t eat any carbs.
– Fast for 19-20 hours per day.
– Incorporate one cheat meal per week (cheat meals can only include chicken and broccoli. The key is to call it a cheat meal so it feels more exciting.)
Now … these are all your non negotiables.
If you can’t do all of these things to perfection every single day … you’re an epic failure.
Be sure to criticize yourself as such if you make the tiniest mistake.
Remember, even fruit has sugar so if you take a single bite of fruit … you fail.
It’s important to berate yourself and put yourself down through the process because this is about weight loss …
It’s NOT about your confidence, self worth, or quality of life.
Those things don’t matter.
IF you are executing to perfection, the scale will be moving down rapidly.
You may hit a plateau.
If that happens, just reduce your calories to 900 per day and increase your cardio to 3x/day.
The goal here is to lose weight while wrecking your metabolism.
Who needs a well functioning metabolism anyway?
It’s overrated.
So, destroy that shit … because … you know … #goalzzz.
After you drop the 20 lbs. in 6 weeks (or less) …
This is where the fun begins.
Because you’ve effectively ignored your body for the sake of that outcome …
Your body will fight back.
You’ll experience uncontrollable hunger and cravings.
You’ll have no energy.
You’ll have no menstrual cycle.
These are all signs you executed well so give yourself a pat on the back.
Now, lean into the binge episodes and the lack of control around food.
Your relationship with food isn’t something you should worry about.
So, every time you binge or indulge … make sure you label the foods you ate as bad and also lay a heavy dose of guilt upon yourself.
This is now the time you want to capitalize on the opportunity to live in an all or nothing cycle.
After you indulge and feel guilty about it, jump immediately back into the checklist above and try to be perfecter.
You were perfect before but that still wasn’t good enough.
So be better.
Take your sugar down to 0.000001 grams per day.
Get really diligent about random stuff that doesn’t really matter like sodium or how many meals you’re eating per day.
Add in more high intensity training in case your metabolism has any life left in it.
Then, let this cycle rinse and repeat itself until you’ve gained 40 lbs. back and have effectively made fat loss infinitely more difficult.
Is 1:1 nutrition coaching part of the formula for losing 20 lbs. in 6 weeks?
Another key ingredient to all of this is …
Doing it on your own!
Do NOT, under any circumstance, invest in coaching.
You’ll temporarily have more money in your pocket and who cares about the long term return.
You should be thinking short term.
And, don’t worry about wasting time. You can always magically create more time.
Plus, when you accomplish this on your own … I hear you get a trophy.
I’d say that’s a pretty worthwhile consolation prize for being stubborn and wasting decades of your life being frustrated.
Oh, I forgot, the trophy is something you have to buy for yourself as a reminder that you did this without a coach.
Show it off with pride.
Well, there you have it …
The perfect formula for losing 20 lbs. in 6 weeks and gaining back 40 lbs. over the next year.
You absolutely should keep doing things on your own if you want some version of that outcome.
You absolutely should keep delaying the decision to move forward.
Being fearful and doing nothing differently is a great approach to enter into this cycle.
It helps to question everything that can go wrong and be afraid that nothing will ever work for you.
And, if you are feeling pretty certain that you want to remain frustrated and stuck …
Then you absolutely should NOT book a call with my team.
We keep delivering permanent fat loss, an improved relationship with food, and the confidence of lifelong results …
But who wants that anyway?!
We certainly keep saving people time, money, and energy so …
Stay away if you want to keep wasting yours!
