Are You Ready For the Fat Loss Freedom Workshop?

by | Nov 13, 2020

I’m sitting here in my make-shift “office” looking out the window at the rain while sipping my coffee.

It’s like the perfect setting for some serious reflection.

A look back to when it all started …

I began to pursue my career in fitness almost 10 years ago (and never imagined I’d call it a career lol).

There are some serious evolutions and paradigm shattering moments that happen throughout that process for every single trainer/coach.

The first one for me was realizing that nutrition was KING.

I remember thinking that consistency with working out was all I needed.

Then, I was training clients and learning that simple truth …

We weren’t going to see noticeable changes without figuring out this damn nutrition thing.

My first evolution was realizing that my passion was to master the art and science of nutrition.

But that wasn’t enough …

I remember having a conversation with Mel in the parking lot of our old gym and telling her that I was going to find a way to make a living by coaching nutrition.

That I was going to help thousands of people avoid the same mistakes I made.

That I was going to “clean up” the industry from all the lies and misinformation.

Such a naive, ambitious kid lol.

Well, I started working as a nutrition coach getting paid a whopping $50 per week. That’s not a typo.

I didn’t care … I just wanted to help people.

Then, I began working my way up the ranks and eventually became one of the head coaches for the company I was working for.

My second evolution happened at that point …

Even companies that claim to be personalized, still care more about automating the process to make more money.

This one hit me hard. I honestly felt a little lost.

It’s like finding out a terrible secret about someone you care about and losing all respect for them.

I tried to rationalize, justify, deflect …

But, the tug on my moral heartstrings was too much to bear and it all came to a crashing halt.

Insert: POP

I started POP having just experienced a crash course in what not to do when it comes to nutrition coaching.

And, our personality-based, highly individualized, high-touch approach took off like wild fires.

Clearly, it was a deep need.

Almost to the point where many people didn’t even understand that a coaching service could operate this way.

Like, really? It’s not an automated system? It’s not a meal plan? It’s not a formula or a list of foods I can’t eat? And I can really communicate with my coach at any time?

Yup. And well over 1,000 lives have been changed permanently.

But the story doesn’t end there …

Because this is exactly where my next evolution hit me in the face like an unexpected left hook …

It’s not enough.

Every single coach who truly wants to help people has this EXACT feeling … it’s great to provide this level of care and support to change hundreds or even thousands of lives …

But, we all have aspirations of changing hundreds of thousands of lives and it’s really difficult to do that one person at a time.

I started to understand why every single coaching program turns to automation. Why they create a cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all approach.

I didn’t agree with it … but at least I understood it.

Most importantly, I saw a massive gap in their understanding and application of the process.

Enter: my most recent evolution … The Fat Loss Freedom Workshop

This is our solution.

There are certain fundamental principles that apply when it comes to nutritional success and sustainability.

Every other program wants you to follow their METHODS because they can charge you more money that way.

Here’s the reality about methods … Methods are many, principles are few, methods will change, principles never do.

That’s to say that it’s more effective to master the principles of nutrition that have stood the test of time.

The method is unique to the individual.

And that’s why the Fat Loss Freedom Workshop is unlike any other product out there …

What’s the Fat Loss Freedom Workshop about?

You will learn how to apply the PRINCIPLES while understanding which METHOD will be most effective for you.

When I shared this idea with some of my colleagues, they first asked if they could steal the idea lol. And second, they asked me how much I was planning to charge for the workshop …

$997 for lifetime access?
$597?
$397?

Nope.

$27.

Wait, what??

One of my closest friends hit me with a voice memo that said “you know you’re my boy and I respect you but you’re leaving thousands and thousands of dollars on the table.”

My response … YOU’RE DAMN RIGHT.

Because, 10 years ago I was doe-eyed little trainer who just wanted to help as many people as humanly possible.

And, POP is one of the highest regarded and highly sought after coaching programs in the industry so this workshop is our chance to do what every single coach wants to do …

Change hundreds of thousands of lives.

The Fat Loss Freedom Workshop is your ticket. And for $27, it’s an absolute no-brainer.
