Do THIS If You Want to Get Leaner …

by | Apr 9, 2021

If you want to get leaner, the solution is actually really simple …

Sign up for the free 6-week Neurotype Challenge!

I jest, but it’s true.

There’s something so obvious and practical about understanding your personality to create sustainable results.

How do you get leaner?

The formula to get leaner, more toned, summer-ready, or whatever body composition goals you want to achieve is pretty straight forward …

Impose a stressor + create the proper environment for adaption = RESULTS!

Now, most people are really good at the first part of the equation and really bad at the second part.

Most diet programs use this formula instead:

Impose a stressor + pile on additional stressors for no reason = get fatter.

The get fatter part happens after the initial results are unsustainable and the abundance of stress and restriction catches up both psychologically and physiologically.

And, you can just pull from recent history if you need an example.

There’s a high probability that the last diet you tried didn’t work.

There’s an ever higher probability that the last diet you tried was too restrictive and unsustainable.

Enter: Neurotyping.

So, we know that the stress part is pretty easy for most people.

It’s the recovery and stress management part that we struggle with.

Yet, we keep fighting against our nature.

We ignore our own bodies and minds for the sake of following a program that wasn’t even designed for us in the first place.

Don’t eat carbs, don’t eat after 6pm, don’t eat before noon. Or … don’t eat sugar, don’t eat fat, don’t eat fruit, and don’t eat too much protein.

Says who?!

Doesn’t it depend on the individual? Or is that just crazy talk?

Get leaner with a personalized program

Maybe I’m the weird one who actually believes that the way your brain is wired and your metabolic state make a HUGE difference in the plan that will work best for you.

I mean, we have thousands of success stories to back it up, but I digress.

Look, when it comes to getting leaner, you can’t put too much stress on your system.

Your body needs to feel “safe” in order to make progress.

If you work WITH your nature, you are taking a massive step towards creating the proper environment for adaptation to occur.

Here’s a real life example from one of our clients:

“This is honestly the longest I have stuck to a program with or without a coach. It’s only been a couple of months and this is where I’m usually like this is not working. I’m not doing it anymore.

But, it’s different this time. Mike knew to set me up with you. Well fuck April, today when I could see definition in my legs, my core, and 129, I cried. I really did.

I’m not vain, but I don’t care what anyone says, when you feel good, and look good, you play good!!”

By the way, this is someone who DM’d me on Instagram and was pretty skeptical.

Like … nothing has EVER worked, I must be broken type skepticism.

And yeah, she decided staying the same was not an option and took the leap.

Working with April and implementing the Neurotyping principles + metabolic priming … and boom … crazy results (check her pics below).

How to get leanerHow to get leaner

Why did it work?

Working with her nature and fueling her metabolism appropriately sent that safety signal that was missing for so long.

She always tried the eat less / restrict more formula and thought that was what needed to happen.

I don’t think you quite understand how powerful this is.

This is an individual who is in her mid 40’s and tried for DECADES to get leaner, only to feel like she had no control over her body and was a lost cause.

And, she has only been working with us for a couple of MONTHS! That’s fuckin amazing.

Not only did April walk her through the Neurotyping principles and metabolic priming, but she also gave her freedom to enjoy herself through the process.

Hamburger, fries, and cheesecake went down in one meal and still she’s making progress.

April is able to monitor her biofeedback and make sure things are progressing the way we want and make the necessary adjustments to balance stress and help her get leaner.

This is the POP Method in action. It’s our signature 6-month, 1:1 coaching program that produces results when you feel like nothing has ever worked for you.

As you can see from the pics, this example is someone who was already lean and wanting to get leaner.

If you have any sort of body composition goals … more toned, look better in a bikini, more muscle, etc. …

And, you want to improve your relationship with food (burgers, fries, and cheesecake + progress anyone?) …

Then shoot me a message on Facebook.

I’ll ask you a few questions to make sure it’s a fit and if we decide that it is … we’ve got a few spots open this week!

Much love,
Coach Mike

PS – Check out these amazing progress pics! Again, this is a couple of months of work after DECADES of struggling. Truly incredible.
