How to FINALLY Stop Yo-Yo Dieting

by | Jan 20, 2022

This one piece of advice can immediately change your results.

It’s called …

Stop doing extreme shit.

Yo-yo dieting happens because of extreme protocols.

If you’re not willing to do it forever, don’t do it at all.

Look, you’ve probably been down this road before.

Maybe you tried 75 Hard or Optavia or Whole30 or 1200 calories/day.

Maybe you even stuck it out for a while … months or even years.

But then what happened?

The correct answer is not that YOU couldn’t stay consistent anymore.

It’s that extreme protocols aren’t designed for long term success.

You likely experienced a downward spiral until you reached your tipping point of frustration and then decided to try something else …

Likely more extreme shit.

Round and round it goes.

Sound familiar?

Well, I’m not here to harp on the psychological damage of the yo-yo dieting cycle.

I’m sure you are well aware of how much stress it’s added to your life.

What I want you to understand is how yo-yo dieting is actually moving you further away from your goals.

Extreme protocols aren’t designed for long term results.

Did you know …

– The more extreme the dieting effort, the more susceptible you are to weight gain.
– The more restrictive the protocol, the more likely you are to binge.
– The more you lose weight and gain it back, the harder it becomes to lose fat.
– The more you swing from one end of the extreme (rigid) to the other (fuck-it-ville), the more metabolic damage you cause.
– The more you think of food in terms of good vs. bad, the less likely you are to maintain your results.

Pretty crazy, huh?

It’s almost like every single dieting effort you’ve ever done has been diametrically opposed to creating the outcome you desire.

My bold assumption here is that you desire permanent results.

Ignore everything I’m saying if your goal is to lose weight and gain it all back.

The way I see it …

We’re always priming our bodies for something.

We’re either priming them to gain weight.

Or, priming them to lose weight.

And, we have to zoom out in order to see what’s truly happening.

You may be losing weight in the short term while priming your body for some serious weight gain.

Case in point … the most weight I’ve ever regained was immediately after hitting my lowest number on the scale.

I was priming myself for weight gain without realizing it.

Sometimes you might be maintaining your weight or even gaining a little bit in the short term while priming your body to lose weight.

Case in point … the year I spent building muscle, the scale went up about 10 lbs. and then I was able to immediately get to my best physique in the following couple of months.

Does anyone want to only have to “diet” for 8 weeks to achieve their body composition goals??

If so, we should probably prime your body accordingly.

It’s not complicated.

But it does require some patience.

And it sure as fuck requires ditching everything that you’ve done in the past.

Because we know that doesn’t work.

Stop yo-yo-dieting and start LIVING with our 1:1 coaching program.

Here’s the reality …

All of our clients are hesitant when we talk to them about metabolic priming.

They ask questions like …

Will I gain weight?

How long will it take?

When will I start seeing changes?

And the answer is …

It depends.

Everyone is different so the amount of time required is unique to each individual.

Whether you lose, maintain, or gain a little through the process is unique to each individual.

Most people see changes right away but again, it depends.

The question we ask our clients and the question I’ll ask you today is this …

What if you don’t do this … then what?

Typically, our clients respond with some version of …

Well, nothing has worked for me so far so I might as well try it.

And, once we get that commitment, we know with 100% certainty that they’ll reach their goals.

We can’t predict the exact timeline (although we can estimate pretty well) …

But, we know it’s inevitable.

When you prime your body for the goal you’re trying to accomplish, everything changes.

Yes, it helps that we align the plan with their Neurotype so they enjoy the process and stay consistent.

And yes, we integrate everything into their lifestyle so they can still do the things they love with the people they love … like date nights, social events, vacations, etc.

This is exactly why our 1 on 1 clients see such amazing results in just 6 short months in our program.

They’re able to lose fat sustainably while repairing their relationship with food and having total confidence and comfort that their results will last for life.

If you want that kind of guarantee for yourself, the next step is simple …

shoot me a private message on FB.

We’ll just need to have a quick chat to make sure you’re a good fit for the program.

If we both decide it’s a good fit, we can officially welcome you into the program.
