The Right Nutrition Coach Gets Results

“My name is Laura and I have been fighting my weight ever since I was a little girl.

I think my first diet was when I was eight. I dieted off and on through my teens and into adulthood. Nothing ever worked to help keep me happy with myself.

When I was around 25 I found the HCG diet and that seemed to work. I lost 40 pounds and was happy with how I looked, and I even managed to stay that way for a few years, although I was only eating around 1200 calories a day.

Once I found fitness and running, my nutrition coach told me I needed to eat more and I listened and immediately gained 30 pounds. So I tried HCG again, and this time it didn’t work. I tried it several more times and could never lose more than 10 pounds which I would gain right back.

My relationship with food and my body was completely broken

During this time I found my love of fitness though. Running and eventually, CrossFit became a huge part of who I am, but it was hard to be good at it when I was constantly starving.

One day I found a nutrition company that had a different philosophy, that food was not my enemy, but my ally. I stayed there a while, but they ultimately were not a good fit. I was constantly pushed to eat more and more carbs, despite not having any progress in changing my body composition, except to gain more fat.

At this point I got pregnant, and although I tried to be healthy and only gained 28 pounds, I was the heaviest I have ever been. After giving birth I gave up with the other company and I found POP.

I was hesitant at first, seeing as how I haven’t had luck anywhere else, but I decided to give it a shot and I joined. I immediately realized that POP is different!

A Different Type of Nutrition Coach

They really care about you and their nutrition coaching is truly individualized. My amazing coach, Ed, actually listens to my concerns and troubles and finds ways to help me. My goal was to lose body fat while still eating enough calories to breastfeed.

Ed found the magic macro combination for me and I am down 8 pounds. My muscle mass has increased and my body fat has dropped from 40% to 37% in just about 2 months.

I am still breastfeeding and eating foods I love, no restriction at all. It’s working!!

Not only is my body composition changing my relationship with food is better and I am learning to be nicer to myself.

I love POP, I know Ed will get me where I want to be in a healthy and sustainable way.
