The One Choice That Will Change Your Results

by | Jul 25, 2021

Not being where you want to be right now is a choice.

That may suck to hear but it’s true.

You always have a choice.

Think back at all of the choices you’ve made up until this point that landed you where you are today.

If you’re frustrated by a lack of progress,

If you’re uncomfortable with how your clothes fit,

If you’re tired of having social anxiety because of your relationship with food,

Those are all results of a series of choices that you made.

That doesn’t mean you were wrong.

Or that you’re a bad person.

Look, I ended up in the worst possible spot with my relationship with food and my body.

I hated how I looked, even at my lightest.

I couldn’t even go out for a single meal without constantly obsessing about food.

All because I made the decision to restrict and deprive myself.

I made the decision that I was never lean enough.

I made the decision to eliminate certain foods and deem them as bad.

All of those choices were mine.

Influenced? Sure.

But I am a big believer in extreme ownership.

No one forced any of that onto me.

And, here’s why that perspective is so important.

Just I like I chose the path that led me down that dark hole …

I also chose the path that led me out of it.

Each day you can choose your path.

And, each day I choose the path that best supports what I’m trying to accomplish.

So you can blame your parents, the diet industry, the shitty trainer that told you to eat 1,000 calories, or anyone else …

But, the choice was, and always will be, yours.

Learn to use pain to your advantage.

Let it guide you.

Stop using it as an excuse.

It’s painful to feel stuck.

It’s painful to work so hard and still not be where you want to be.

It’s painful to chase a weight goal for years and feel like you’re farther away than ever.

However, if you keep doing what you’ve always done that got you there in the first place, then you are actively choosing that pain.

You are using that pain as an excuse to quit.

You are using that pain as a reason why nothing works for you.

Once again … choices.

What will YOUR choice be today?

You can choose to use that pain as an opportunity to learn and grow.

You can choose to use that pain as a reason to do things differently.

The path that brought you that pain will not be the path that leads you out of it.

That path will require a different choice.

A choice that you’ve been resisting for too long.

A choice that feels scary and uncertain.

A choice that you know deep down you need to make but you are too afraid of failing.

Choices.

You can sit in your current pain indefinitely.

Or, you can accept the temporary discomfort of a new path that will allow you to achieve things you never imagined possible.

Choices.

I’ll offer you this opportunity to make a choice.

You can keep doing what you’re doing and hope for the best.

Or, you can choose a proven process that has pulled thousands of people out of the EXACT situation that you’re in and gotten them the results they desire with the freedom that they crave.

All because of one simple choice.

To not accept their current pain as their forever pain.

Choices.

You can ignore this. Curse at me and come up with a thousand excuses as to why this doesn’t apply to you.

Or, you can take that first step and message me,  shoot me a private message on Facebook.

Choose wisely.
