Do Diets REALLY Work, or Are You Wasting Time?

by | Sep 22, 2021

Do you think diets work?

Aren’t they supposed to work?

Well, let’s see …

You’ve probably tried several diets already …

Maybe even more than several.

Are you where you want to be right now?

If not, does it make sense to try another diet?

That’s not a rhetorical question.

I legit want to know that if you’ve tried 5, 10, 15, or 20+ diets …

And you aren’t where you want to be right now, if you think another diet is the answer.

What about the fact that 95+% of people who lose weight end up gaining it all back?

Does that tell you anything about diets?

Logically, it would stand to reason that the evidence is firmly against diets working.

If that’s the case, how are you supposed to reach your body composition goals?

Logically, you also know that it’s going to take some work on your nutrition, likely your training as well, probably some lifestyle adjustments, so …

Diets don’t work but you need some combination of diet + exercise + lifestyle to reach your goals.

Color me confused.

At least that’s how I felt several years ago when I found myself in this exact state.

Having tried about 15 diets with each attempt moving me further away from my goals.

Then I saw the same thing in others … diet, fail, diet, fail, diet, fail.

Even when I became a nutrition coach for another company, I watched people come and go every single day and they would leave more confused than ever.

What gives?

How was I able to crack the code for myself and then do the same for thousands of others?

It all started with one simple realization …

Without understanding your personality type, you’re essentially throwing shit at the wall and hoping it sticks.

Think about it …

Success is driven by nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle choices … right?

But, that doesn’t do us much good if we can’t adhere to it.

If we can’t stay consistent.

And, we already have the evidence above that jumping from diet to diet has proven ineffective, right?

You’ve tried a bunch of diets and you’re still not where you want to be.

We have evidence that even temporary results will be lost over 95% of the time.

So, where’s the disconnect?

The answer lives inside your Neurotype.

Knowing what you will stay consistent with, what motivates you, what will make you feel your best, and what your behavioral tendencies are is the starting point that you’ve been missing all along.

You don’t have to take my word for it.

You can simply continue jumping from diet to diet and hoping that each time will be different.

That’s totally fine if you’d like to take that approach.

37th time’s a charm?

Or, you can realize that your brain chemistry is kind of a big deal when creating the solution for you.

Notice I said “creating” the solution for you … not following some arbitrary rules that someone made up for you.

Ditch the diets … success is in your personality type.

There’s a reason why our clients have so much success …

It’s because we don’t do anything until we know their personality type.

And, the first thing they say when working with us is … it’s like a giant weight was lifted off my shoulders.

Oh, you mean, actually working with your nature makes a difference?

Understanding your mind and body actually helps with consistency?

Who woulda thunk it?!

Crazy, I know.

Neurotyping is simply phase 1 of our 1:1 coaching program that helps our clients lose 20-30 lbs. in 6 months while improving their relationship with food and ending years of frustration.

Again, you can keep throwing shit at the wall and I hope some of it sticks for you.

Or, you can stop playing the guessing game and start guaranteeing your results.

If you want a sure thing … all you have to do is commit.

That’s your part.

Take action and never look back.

You can start by  shooting me a message on FB.

We’ll have a chat and see if it’s a good fit.
