I hope that wherever you are, it’s a lot warmer than it is here.
It’s currently a brisk 23 degrees Fahrenheit, which means it’s likely a 3 coffee day.
The cold has definitely thrown a wrench into my step game.
I was averaging like 12-15,000 steps per day just a few weeks ago.
Lately, it’s been more like 7,500-10,000.
Life is full of phases (so are fitness and nutrition)
Such is life … we adjust to seasons and phases as needed.
My favorite part of this current phase I’m in is that I’m not dieting.
Maintenance is a beautiful thing. Something that most programs don’t teach and it’s something that most individuals don’t know how to execute.
Often times, it comes from a place of fear.
At least, that’s what it was for me.
For the longest time, I was just afraid to eat more or find my maintenance calories because I thought I’d get fat.
It’s one of the most important phases to support your metabolism, long term progress, and mental sanity.
I’ll be walking you through the exact step-by-step process to finding your true maintenance in the Fat Loss Freedom workshop.
(If you’re not already registered, you can do so here!)
Anyway, I’ve received a bunch of questions lately about the workshop and there is one question that keeps getting repeated …
“Is this for me?”
Let me start with who it’s NOT for …
If you are someone who believes you need to restrict yourself and be miserable to make progress … it’s not for you.
If you are someone who wants to rip the band aid off and lose weight as fast as humanly possible without any focus on sustainability … it’s not for you.
If you are someone who believes that there is some secret sauce or magic pill to get results … it’s not for you.
Who is the Fat Loss Freedom Workshop for?
✅ It’s for anyone who is willing to commit to long-term, sustainability over quick fixes.
✅ It’s for anyone who believes in a process that fits their lifestyle.
✅ It’s for anyone who understands success is an individual thing and cannot be found in someone else’s plan.
✅ It’s for anyone who is tired of chronic dieting and always being hungry.
✅ It’s for anyone who wants more energy and confidence with the skills to be self-reliant in their own nutrition.
✅ It’s for anyone who truly believes in the importance of a strong foundation of habits.
✅ It’s for anyone who is ready to stop obsessing over food.
✅ It’s for anyone who simply wants to know exactly how to create physical results in the most effective and enjoyable way possible.
Don’t miss this opportunity.
For those that aren’t quite ready to play the long game … it’s ok. Keep doing what you’re doing.
But remember … nothing changes if nothing changes.
