Kick the Diet and Choose a Plan That WORKS!

by | Jun 11, 2020

There’s a very specific reason why your last diet didn’t work.

And, it actually has nothing to do with your discipline or willpower.

You’ve likely had this thought on a number of occasions … “I know what to do but I’m just not doing it!”

This week has been a pleasant reminder of the power behind what we do.

Only looking back at the last 5 consultations that I’ve done … here is the laundry list of diets that were tried …

Keto, Weight Watchers, Noom, macros, intermittent fasting, paleo, Whole 30, carb cycling, carb backloading, calorie counting, Atkins, and I’m sure there are more that I’m forgetting.

The reason they reached out to me is not because they were killin’ it with those protocols …

It’s because they are sick and tired of trying different programs with nothing to show for it.

One comment in particular stuck out in my mind …

She said … “macros have been helpful, but it seems strange that I’m supposed to hit the same numbers regardless of my activity that day, regardless of my hunger or fullness, and regardless of what I have going on the rest of the week.”

Ummm yeah … that’s not exactly personalized coaching.

But, it’s very common. Common doesn’t make it right.

Why don’t these diet protocols work?

Why are so many people still frustrated and searching for answers?

It’s actually quite simple.

You can’t take a dynamic system (human metabolism) and treat it with a static plan.

You also can’t account for individual variance by placing everyone in the same box.

The beauty is that once it clicks … it clicks.

You don’t have to think about the “next diet” because you’ll actually never have to diet again.

The physical stuff is easy, in theory. We know about calorie balance and food quality and movement and sleep and managing stress.

However, there’s that disconnect between knowing and doing.

That’s where your personality comes into play.

Again, it’s not a lack of discipline or willpower.

Consider an individual like myself who thrives on variety (adrenaline dominant).

If you gave me a linear plan, I’d be able to do it but it would require more discipline and mental resources to make it happen.

And, what do you think would occur when something stressful entered my life?

Well, I can tell you from experience … I’d binge like a MFin champ.

Same can be said for an individual who thrives on structure.

Give them a constantly changing plan and they’ll use up their mental energy much quicker, which doesn’t bode well for long term success.

It’s honestly super simple.

Which is why the results we produce are unheard of in the industry. I mean, the average success rate is 5% so the bar is pretty low.

But, our success rate is over 90% with over 1,000 clients to-date! That’s pretty damn impressive if I may say so myself.

The best part is that our clients don’t leave … they graduate.

That’s right … you walk away from coaching because you achieve total self reliance and self efficacy in your fitness and nutrition.

That’s how it should be!

The diet industry survives and thrives when you fail.

That’s ass backwards.

Certainly not acceptable in any way, shape, or form and we’re going to continue to do our part in changing that standard.

The bottom line is this … if you’re feeling like you’re in a constant tug of war with yourself due to your nutrition plan …

– Eating when you’re not hungry
– Not eating when you’re very hungry
– Having to stress about social events
– Feeling guilty when you eat certain foods
– Feeling like you’re doing things “right” but nothing is happening
– Going through the same rinse and repeat process with nothing to show for it
– Frustrated with spinning your wheels

1. It’s not your fault.
2. You need a new plan.

Watch the magic happen when we assess your personality, put together a personalized plan specific to your needs and goals, and provide you the tools for effortless consistency while actually enjoying the process.

I know what you’re thinking … that should be the norm for every program. I agree, but unfortunately, it’s not.

Do it the right way one time and you’ll notice a massive weight lifted off your shoulders.

And, you can join our group of graduates who have achieved dietary freedom and can operate with the peace of mind and understanding that they can sustain their results forever.
