Neurotyping: A Unique Plan Built for YOU

by | Apr 21, 2023

Open up Spotify right now and look at the first song that pops up.

I just did it. Mine was Family Ties by Baby Keem and Kendrick Lamar.

Mel and I actually heard that performed live not too long ago and it was a straight banger. The whole Kendrick show was fire.

If I forced you to listen to my Spotify playlist you’d get a mix of Kendrick, J Cole, Anderson Paak, Biggie, Jay-Z, Nas, Outkast, Joe Budden, Meek Mil, and little bit of Drake, although I think Drake is overrated.

Now, think about what would happen if I forced thousands of people to listen to my exact playlist.

Some would hate it.

Some would love it.

Some would tolerate it.

Some would like parts of it and dislike other parts of it.

Common sense, right?

We all have different flavors that we enjoy.

Now imagine you had no choice over the music that you listened to on a daily basis.

If someone forced me to listen to country music each day, I’d calmly blow my brains out.

If you love country music, help me understand lol. In all seriousness though, it’s perfectly normal that we all have different preferences.

What ‘playlist’ are you listening to when it comes to your nutrition plan?

And yet, when it comes to nutrition and fitness, we’re over here like …

“Don’t eat carbs.”

“Do keto.”

“Eat vegan.”

“Fasting is the way.”

“Track macros.”

“Count points.”

Kinda similar to being like … “only listen to country.”

Ummm nah, I’m good.

Every diet program is basically it’s own genre of music and they are telling you that their music is the only music.

Which is obviously total BS.

However, we fall for it every damn time.

Sure, I’ll follow your rules and only listen to your music.

Oh, what’s that? Your music is 800 calories per day? Cool. Sign me up.

Make it make sense.

This used to be me, by the way.

I only listened to what others were playing and never had the thought to create my own playlist.

That all changed after I understood my own personality and it finally clicked as to why nothing had worked for me at that point.

People ask about Neurotyping as if it’s this on or off switch that we can flip and coast to our goals.

It’s not really like that.

Neurotyping (or understanding your personality type) is something that we are always doing with our clients. It’s always happening in the background and behind the scenes.

It helps us understand the best ways of communication, how to structure a plan, specific macro ratios that might work best, and ways to program that will be easier to adhere to.

It’s not on or off. It’s fluid. And dynamic.

It’s basically like curating a playlist for each unique individual.

Imagine the difference between someone telling you … this is the music you HAVE to listen to. Meanwhile, you didn’t pick any of the songs.

Versus … let’s create this playlist together based on your preferences and taste.

Can you see why it’s so much easier to stay consistent when you understand your Neurotype?

Neurotyping will help create a unique ‘playlist’ so you can achieve sustainable results.

Consistency and enjoyment. Those are the two big pillars that we look for in this process with our clients.

Once we start implementing our Neurotyping principles, our clients often say it feels more natural. They enjoy the process more. It feels more sustainable. And they’re able to be more consistent.

Consistency and enjoyability = results.

It’s one of the main reasons why we’ve had so many success stories (like thousands of them).

It’s not the only reason though.

We’re also really good at making sure metabolic health is taken care of so our clients can lose body fat without much resistance.

Usually that means eating more to fuel activity and recovery so their bodies feel safe in letting go of fat. Most people either chronically under eat or teeter back and forth between under eating and over indulging.

We take our clients through a metabolic priming phase that helps them instill quality habits and get leaner through the process.

And lastly, we make sure they can maintain their results for life.

If you’ve ever lost weight and gained it back … it’s frustrating AF.

It’s pretty straightforward … if you don’t enjoy listening to country music all day every day … you’re not going to maintain or sustain the results you achieve by listening to country.

Is the analogy still intact?

I think so :).

Anyway, we teach our clients how to keep their results through all of the ups and downs of life. So that when they graduate from coaching, they can keep going on their own with full confidence.

Neurotyping, metabolic priming, and lifestyle integration are the tools we use to create your own unique playlist that will help you be more consistent, enjoy the process, and maintain your results for life.
