Pursuing Body Composition Goals Should Be FUN!

by | Oct 23, 2021

Did you forget??

You must have.

It’s so easy to lose sight of … especially when you get caught up in the daily grind of life.

The work piles up, you need stuff for the house, your partner isn’t helping, and the kids are being a pain.

And, on top of all of that, you’re trying to actually get your shit together with your training and nutrition so you can finally feel comfortable in your clothes for the first time in a while.

How long has this been going on now?

It feels like you’ve been putting in the work for as long as you can remember and damn … it’d be nice to have something to show for it.

But, here you are … still searching for answers.

So yeah … you probably forget.

You probably forget a fundamental truth that you’ve been ignoring for way too long.

The journey to reaching your body composition goals is supposed to be fun!

Last time I checked, you only get one life.

I’m not hear to hit you with any philosophical bullshit …

Just a simple reminder.

Life is too short to spend every waking minute being stressed about food.

Life is too short to let an inanimate object like the scale dictate how you feel.

Life is too short to miss out on valuable experiences and moments with the people you love because you’re worried about hitting your fuckin macros to the gram.

Stop following programs that make you miserable!

Taking care of yourself and prioritizing yourself should be enjoyable.

It should make you feel better about yourself, not worse.

And no, that doesn’t mean you simply eat anything and everything in sight and say screw it all.

It simply means you make choices that help you feel your best.

I know for me, I feel pretty damn good when I’m eating quality foods, not starving myself, moving my body, getting stronger, and sharpening my mindset.

I also feel pretty damn good when I am able to go out with friends and family and eat whatever I want and have a drink or two (or three or four depending on the vibe lol).

Either end of the extreme is not a fun place to live.

We often lose sight of the fact that this entire process is supposed to be fun.

I did an interview with one of our clients yesterday and she lit up on camera when telling me about her experience.

The joy was in the process.

She had lost a significant amount of weight a number of times before.

And gained it back each time.

Why was this time different?

Because she’s actually having fun.

She’s actually focused on FEELING better, not just looking better.

Oh, and the side effect of totally changing her mindset and following a process that she loves …

82 pounds down.

So let me make this very clear …

If the process makes you miserable … the results won’t last.

If the process stresses you the F out … the results won’t last.

If the process makes you obsessive … the results won’t last.

If you constantly pursue perfection and keep doing extreme shit … the results won’t last.

Ready to reach your body composition goals and have FUN while doing it?

Stop overlooking the most important part of the equation …

This. Is. Supposed. To. Be. Fun.

Period, the end.

If you’re ready to replace misery with enjoyability …

If you’re ready to replace extreme with sustainable …

If you’re ready to replace all or nothing with consistency …

If you’re ready to replace quick results that don’t last with permanent results …

Then all you have to do is shoot me a PM on FB.

We’ll have a quick chat to discuss details and make sure that you’re the right fit for our program.
