Ready, Set, Go … It’s Time for Some ACTION!

by | Jun 5, 2020

I have some really exciting news …

Which actually feels pretty weird given everything that’s going on right now.

I do want to briefly address it because, as I mentioned on Friday’s daily intentions call, silence and doing nothing are part of the problem.

Some people have come out and said that they are silent because they are not well-informed on the topics of racism, injustice, unconscious bias, etc.

I appreciate their transparency. However, I truly hope they seek education.

I’m going to dive deeper into these topics on my podcast because that’s my preferred method of communication.

What I want to briefly touch on today is the “what can I do” conundrum.

It’s easy to feel helpless and it’s easy to say “well, I’m not racist so this doesn’t concern me.” It’s easy to seek the comfort of our bubbles, which are a privilege in and of themselves.

Please … let’s not choose easy.

Action is better than doing nothing

Try to understand the anger, frustration, and pure exhaustion of the Black community.
Try to take tangible action.
Volunteer your time.
Be a voice for those who are often quieted.
Speak up if you hear racist remarks and please understand the spectrum that those comments can exist on.
Donate money.
LEARN & UNLEARN.
Educate, be an example, and do better for the next generation.

As I said, I’ll elaborate more on my podcast and will link the episode when it’s published.

Now … for some amazing news!

What we do is actually very related to everything I mentioned above.

We are not in the nutrition coaching business … we are in the PEOPLE business.

Our growth and success is a direct result of putting an emphasis on community, connections/relationships, and individuality.

In order to continue to thrive in an industry where success is incredibly rare …

To continue to create total mind and body transformations

In order to continue to set the standard for client results, adherence, and enjoyment on a level that is unmatched by any other coaching program out there …

And, in order to continue to build the most engaged, supportive, and authentic community ever …

What’s our exciting news?

We are adding a valuable member to our team!!!

Dani Larsen is joining the already stacked roster of POP coaches!!!

If you don’t know Dani, her story will inspire you.

In fact, when she told me her story and that she wanted to join POP, I told her she’d be wildly successful on her own and certainly doesn’t need me.

We had a conversation about it and she said that her mission is directly in line with ours …

To completely disrupt and change the status quo in the diet industry!

We both agreed that to slay a villain of epic proportions … it takes an army.

Well, our army just got a whole lot stronger.

I also have more good news …

As a result of bringing Dani on board, we have 5 more spots open for 1:1 coaching!!!

PLUS, whenever we bring on a new coach, we celebrate by giving away a free month of coaching to the early action takers.

This will be on a first come, first serve basis with only 5 spots available.

Interested in 1:1 Coaching?

And let me know that you’re interested in the 1:1 signature coaching program.
