The biggest lie I told myself that kept me stuck and miserable for way too long …
It’s also the most common lie that prevents people from accomplishing their goals.
Before I share, I’ve got a free training on how to break through weight loss plateaus that you’re going to love!

Ok, are you ready?
Good, because that’s actually the lie – READY is a myth.
When I was working as a nutrition coach for another company, I knew I didn’t align with their philosophy.
I believed in personalization, they believed in automation.
I believed in assessing individual needs, they believed in canned responses and following a script.
Anyway, I knew I needed to leave and start my own company to begin my mission of flipping the diet industry on its head.
Only one problem … I told myself I wasn’t ready 🤦♂️
What does ready even mean?
It was a lie that I told myself … I didn’t know how to start a business. I didn’t know where my clients would come from and I didn’t know who would listen to my story. I surely didn’t have the 80 billion dollar marketing budget that the diet industry has …
None of that matters. It’s all an excuse. A lie. A myth.
Ready isn’t real.
No one can predict the future.
Successful people don’t have it all figured out.
They’re successful BECAUSE they knew they didn’t have to have it all figured out in order to take action.
They just GO.
Then they learn, adapt, and eventually figure it out.
And, they repeat that process over and over.
You may have goals that you want to accomplish …
Get leaner and lose some body fat?
Get stronger and build some muscle?
Fit into some old clothes?
Look better naked?
Have more confidence and energy?
Improve your relationship with food?
Excuses will hold you back
You may be telling yourself a plethora of lies about why you’re not ready …
It’s not the right time?
Your schedule is crazy?
You don’t have enough time?
You can do it on your own?
You can’t be successful?
Excuses are easy to justify but they’re also a sure fire way to stay exactly where you are.
Take a minute a visualize something for me …
Close your eyes and imagine that you prioritized yourself and achieved your goals.
What does that look like? What does that FEEL like?
Knowing that you have the peace of mind and confidence in your own fitness, nutrition, and mindset.
And, that the next challenge that comes up, you won’t feel the need to be “ready.” You’ll just take action and figure it out just like you did here.
Remember, this important fact …
PERFECTIONISM DELAYS PROGRESS. PROCRASTINATION KILLS IT.
You don’t need to be ready.
You just need to take action.
