Your Step by Step Success Formula to the Results You Desire

by | Oct 8, 2021

This is everything you ever needed to know …

The exact blueprint, the exact steps, the exact formula to create the results you desire.

I’m assuming the results you desire include some combination of better health, less body fat, more muscle, clothes fitting better, feeling better, balance, sustainability, actually enjoying the process.

But, please correct me if I’m wrong about any of the above.

Let’s not waste any time.

Success begins with a good foundation.

To build your very own masterpiece, we must start with the foundation.

A solid foundation can weather even the craziest of storms.

A frail foundation will crumble with a simple gust of wind.

I remember when all it took to throw me off my game was one harmless decision.

Yeah, sure, I’ll have a bite of dessert if you order some.

Enter: Binge mode. Self destruct. Spiral out of control.

Once my foundation was solidified, I kept my shit together through divorce, travel, grief, and all sorts of personal struggles.

The foundation is the most necessary piece of the puzzle.

In fact, it’s not even a piece … it’s the whole damn surface that the puzzle sits on.

Anyway, have I beat this to death yet?

The foundation is everything to this success formula.

It’s also the simplest, yet the most difficult.

Mindset, actions, habits …

The foundation begins with your mindset and extends to your daily actions and habits.

Seems pretty basic, right?

Move your body each day, drink water, eat mostly quality foods, prioritize sleep, and take care of yourself (manage stress).

Don’t try to be perfect, exit the all or nothing cycle, stop viewing food as good or bad, operate with compassion, delay gratification, and keep the promises you make to yourself.

That’s it.

Those are the ingredients to build a rock solid foundation.

It’s simple but it’s the hardest part of this whole ordeal.

Because you have to do it over and over and over and over again.

Brick by brick. Day by day.

That foundation has to continue to build.

To get sturdier.

To hold up through the inevitable shit storms.

Those storms are a test.

A test to see just how strong your foundation is.

Don’t confuse that with thinking you need to hold it together all the time.

It’s ok to crack, it’s ok to stumble, it’s ok to fall.

With a strong foundation, you reduce the time it takes to get back up and repair that crack.

Now that you’ve got the foundation solidified, we can start building the skyscraper.

The next step in your results success formula …

The frame of the skyscraper is unique to you.

It’s finding a nutrition and training plan that you can do forever.

Forever is the operative word.

The details might change but the frame should remain largely untouched.

For example, I strength train 4x / week.

The actual workouts will vary from phase to phase, depending on my goals.

However, I plan on lifting weights until the day I die.

It might not be 4x / week forever … but I damn sure plan on it being that way.

I’ll adjust the frame if and when it’s necessary.

Your nutritional frame should be viewed the same way.

I can guarantee you’re not going to find your forever solution in someone else’s plan.

You’ve got 1,894,284 fad diets to choose from and not a single one of them is your forever plan.

How do I know?

Because they weren’t built for you.

Your nutritional frame cannot be found in a cookie cutter diet.

And, for what’s it worth, your little automated macro formula is not the solution either.

Find a way of eating that makes sense for YOU.

Your nutritional frame should include eating enough to support your lifestyle, activity, stress, recovery, and goals.

Your nutritional frame should include eating foods you enjoy.

It should consist of eating in a way that makes you feel your best when it comes to your own biofeedback.

Just like with training, your nutritional tactics can change from phase to phase, depending on your goals …

But the frame should remain largely unchanged.

The details of your success formula are unique to YOU.

Now, we’ve got the foundation established and the frame built …

We can add the accoutrements.

The decor, the style, the accessories of your masterpiece.

This is where we add your flavor.

Like how many drinks you like to have each week.

How often you like to dine out or go on vacation.

Your supplement protocol.

How much cardio you want to do.

All the little minor details that can be sprinkled in because we have a rock solid foundation and frame.

And, with all of that put in place, we can make simple adjustments depending on the season or phase you’re in.

Want to focus more on fat loss?

Easy.

Small changes to make a big difference.

Want more muscle building?

Easy.

Small changes to make a big difference.

Want to perform better? Live longer?

Whatever the priority is … we’ve got everything set up to make it happen with little resistance.

All because you spent the time on the foundation and the frame.

So there you have it.

This is your success formula to finally see the results you desire.

My work here is done.

I guess I’ll still keep showing up just in case you need a little support and accountability along the way. 🙂
