A Secret About Our Nutrition Coaching Program

by | Nov 17, 2022

I have a secret to tell you … and I need you to lean in and listen closely …

Our nutrition coaching program … that I often speak so highly of …

Is nothing magical. It won’t wow you. It won’t blow you away with awe.

We don’t sprinkle fairy dust on you and watch the fat melt off your body.

We don’t snap our fingers and instantly heal your relationship with food.

It’s pretty unspectacular.

In fact … it’s dare I say … boring.

Our nutrition coaching program WORKS, but it isn’t magic.

Yes, we begin by understanding your diet history, metabolic state, personality type, personal preferences, and lifestyle priorities to come up with a game plan that is completely tailored to you.

But it’s not magic.

We ask for back and forth communication. It takes time to get to know you better and to continue to modify and adapt the plan to your needs.

We ask you to think differently and we ask you to play the long game.

We don’t simply throw a meal plan at you and send you on your way.

And we don’t simply say … eat this and you’ll do great!

The reason I’m sharing this is because I think some people are confused about what actually creates success.

We’re so accustomed to the quick fix, instant gratification way of thinking that we often have no idea what long term results are supposed to look like.

We sensationalize the process. We want to be wowed.

Hate to break it to you … but the more you keep looking for those things … the longer you’re going to struggle.

The more you want a meal plan or a template or marching orders …

The more likely you are to lose your results and start back at square 1.

Permanent change and permanent results happen progressively over time.

More importantly, they happen with YOU being an integral part of the solution.

That’s where our nutrition coaching program thrives.

We communicate with you, we understand you, and we figure out what will work best for you …

And then we ask you to be a contributor to your own success.

“But Mike, you mean I don’t get to sign up and then immediately feel a sense of amazement at the process and how glorious it is?”

Nope.

We don’t play the shock and awe game. We play the REAL coaching for REAL life with REAL results game.

And that’s the key.

If you commit and follow through, you get results.

Every. Single. Time.

That’s the magic.

It’s not about some crazy shit that you don’t know about. There is no secret ingredient or magic pill.

Our nutrition coaching program is a proven process for creating permanent results.

Period. The end.

A lot of people push back when I say our minimum commitment is 6 months.

There’s a reason for that.

If you commit for 6 months, you win.

You realize how empowering the process is. You see changes you never imagined possible. And, you feel a total sense of confidence and autonomy in keeping your results forever.

A simple scroll through our FB group will show you what I mean.

But … and this is a big BUT …

You have to be willing to commit and follow through.

It’s funny because I tried various ways to get people to experience our program without the 6 month commitment and it never works.

I’ve used beta programs as psychological experiments on the human mindset.

And this may not come as a surprise … but humans are wildly predictable in their mental roadblocks.

Most people who sign up for a short term trial will convince themselves they need to see something astonishing.

They subconsciously believe they need to be clued in on the secret sauce.

They will do everything they can to convince themselves that it’s not right for them because they are avoiding the real work and the real commitment.

It’s a mental trick to keep themselves stuck.

Not intentionally. It’s completely subconscious.

It allows them to point to an external source. “I tried it and it wasn’t for me.”

Except … you didn’t try it.

Trying it means committing to a 6 month process.

Trying it means actually following through on the way we do things which heavily involves your contribution.

And trying it means not expecting something magical to happen in a couple of weeks.

Are you ready to commit or still looking for the secret, the ‘missing piece’?

The sad part is that those individuals who allow their mental roadblocks to win …

Will always seek out the magical solution. They’ll always look for the “missing piece.”

In reality, the missing piece is right in front of their faces. The missing piece is their desire to be amazed. Their desire for the secret. Their desire for something new and never seen before.

They’ll look for everything else except the thing that actually works …

Gradually and methodically building a process that works for you, as an individual, for the rest of your life.

That’s too boring for them. It doesn’t come with enough of a dopamine hit.

And therein lies the challenge we face with a nutrition coaching program that has a near flawless success rate.

If you want permanent results … we guarantee it. But we ask for 6 months.

If you want to be wowed, if you want to be blown away, if you want to be in awe …

I hear 75 hard is pretty neat.

We’ll just be over here doing what we do and our clients who understand what lifelong results require will be the ones reaping the benefits.
