Finally … sustainable results

“Before I decided to take the plunge and invest in my health yet again (you see, I’m a yo-yo dieter … you name it, I’ve tried it), I had followed Mike for quite some time.

When he started POP, I thought “this sounds cool” but all the negatives started up in my head (I don’t have the money, here we go again, how will this be different).

I submitted a request for a free consult call and talked to one of his coaches about the program. It sounded amazing but again, I let my thoughts get in the way and cloud my decision.

Months passed and I was still yo-yo dieting. Lose some, life gets in the way, gain some back.

Each email I would get (and read) or posts I would see on FB, I wanted so bad to take the plunge. I had a reminder in my calendar for weeks to “call Mike” before I finally did.

Let me tell you, it was the best thing I did. We chatted and trust me, I picked his brain. It intrigued me, this program he created and how it worked.

When I made that call, he had just introduced a class called “Just Eat Academy.” This class had me written all over it.

By the time we got off the phone and after I picked Mike’s brain as much as I could, I became a proud member of the POP family.

Not only was I enrolling in Just Eat Academy, but I was also doing 3 months of 1:1 coaching.

This, I will say, was the best decision I have made. Mike paired me with Coach Trish. When we did our initial call, I instantly knew I was in good hands.

It’s been a bit of a crazy ride since I joined in the beginning of April (health issues, life, etc.) but I am so happy to be a part of the family (yes, that’s right, I said family).

I have never felt this way with any other program. After I found out my Neurotype, the information associated with my type was so true.

It was definitely an ah ha moment.

I looked back and now saw why I failed at all the other things I tried.

I can’t say enough good things about Mike and his team. This is not a race, but a journey. I know when I reach the top of that mountain, I will be stronger (in mind and body) than I have ever been before.”


Lasting results can be yours, too

What I love most is that Kathy has definitely experienced her fair share of hurdles along the way, as she eluded to.

Sometimes it’s a blessing in disguise when life gets in the way because that’s when you can truly see that what we do prepares you for real life.

And, real life is unpredictable at times.

What Kathy failed to mention is that even through all of the curve balls she’s been thrown lately … she’s down almost 10 lbs in 3 months.

Which is simply a byproduct of helping her understand her own individual needs.

She is getting sustainable results without feeling like she’s dieting. And it’s apparent the skeptic, negative voice that was whispering in her ear from the beginning has dissipated and there’s a level of optimism that is pouring through.

I can’t love this enough.
